F.A.Q

WHAT SHOULD I BRING ?

We will provide you with a helmet

Good shoes are necessary as you need to be able to run for take off. Ideally, something with ankle support, but sneakers will do.

We recommend that you bring sunglasses and a jacket suitable for the season. Something that will protect you from the wind is great for flying.

You can leave some things in the car, which will meet you after landing.

HOW LONG IS THE FLIGHT ?

Our average flight time is 10 to 15 minutes without lift. If we meet the right conditions, we can sometimes extend the flight to 15-20 minutes.

The total duration (climb, briefing and flight) is approximately one hour, from our meeting point before takeoff, until landing at the end of the flight.

ARE THERE ANY WEIGHT / AGE RESTRICTIONS ?

Yes. Our weight limit for passengers is 25 kg to 80 kg. Children under 18 need parental consent to fly, and we have a harness specially designed for children.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE FLIGHT WILL TAKE PLACE ?

On the morning of your flight, we will contact you via email / SMS / phone call to confirm that we are flying, or let you know if the weather is not suitable.

You must provide us with an email and phone number (preferably local or international) when contacting us, so that we can reach you with any changes.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?

A full refund will be given if we cannot fly due to weather conditions.

No refund will be given to customers who do not show up for their flight or notify us that they cannot fly.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND ?

Yes. He or she can wait on the airstrip. It is a fantastic place to watch the flight and see the landing.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA IN FLIGHT ?

You are welcome to bring a camera for the flight, as long as we can attach it to your harness and secure it in the event of a fall.
